| Candidates should carefully read the instructions before filling up and submitting the application online. |
| Candidates need to submit the filled in application only through online on or before 03.04.2023. |
| Applications not prepared in the prescribed format or defective in particulars or received after the prescribed date shall not be accepted. |
| Candidates should have to upload the relevant documents (PDC) (maximum size below 1MB) along the application. |
| Candidates who have applied for attending the convocation in person but not turned up can get their Degrees on payment of necessary prescribed fees.. |
| Admission card to the Convocation will be sent from the University seven days before the date of Convocation to your registered email. |
| The fees for admission to the Degree IN PERSON : Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only), IN ABSENTIA : Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only). |
| The fee should be paid only through online. |
| Candidates are requested to use the webtool https://www.google.com/intl/ta/inputtools/try/ for typing the name in Tamil. |
| On successful payment, you will receive SMS as well as e-mail confirming successful submission of application along with your LOGIN ID. |
| Downloaded filled-in application should not be sent by post. |
| All fields in the application should be correctly and completely filled in. |
| Candidates must be present for the Convocation in their formal dress (Mandatory). |
| Candidates not receiving SMS/e-mail even after successful submission of application may contact the Convocation Committee through e-mail/phone (ugexam@tnfu.ac.in/9442601908 between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm on all working days). |
